These terms govern access to sagu, a product for creating monitored topics and receiving AI-assisted pings when something relevant changes.
Using sagu
- You are responsible for the radars you create, the sources you add, and the way you use the information sagu provides.
- You may not use sagu to break laws, abuse third-party services, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the product.
Generated pings
- sagu produces informational summaries from available sources. Pings can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, especially when source access is limited.
- sagu is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Verify important claims against original sources before acting on them.
Accounts and channels
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for disconnecting delivery channels you no longer want to use.
- Third-party services such as Google, Clerk, Telegram, email providers, Apple messaging infrastructure, payment processors, search providers, and AI providers may apply their own terms.
Billing and availability
- Paid features, limits, and prices may change over time. Any paid plan will show its material terms before purchase.
- sagu may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.
